Each athlete MUST complete their physicals on the AAA forms and upload them to Dragonfly or they will not be accepted. Please make sure they print both forms and take them to their appointments.

There is a flyer that has all Mercy clinic locations for physicals (in the HUB). All students and parents MUST call to make an appointment. They CANNOT just show up for a walk-in appointment without notice.
